Ingredients:
- 2 cups of sliced nettle
- 1 l of grape brandy
Preparation:
Cover the nettle with stems and roots, soak in water with a baking soda and leave to stand for 15 minutes. Rinse, drain and soak slightly in a clean dry cloth. Cut, put in a jar and pour with brandy. Leave it in the dark place for 15 days, every day slightly shake the jar. After 15 days run out and store in a dark bottle. Keep at room temperature.
Using:
- dermal: rubbing into the scalp daily (for this purpose, it is easiest to put a small amount in a bottle with a spray)
- orally: drink 3 times a day 15 drops shaken in a glass of water; 20 minutes before meals.
